A critique, hm. First off, I think it was a good call for the portraits in the second panel to extend into the first (it took me a moment to realize they're two panels). The consistency is good as well, by looking at each panel one can characters are standing in the same place, and we're just looking a them from three angles. The pallet choice is right on, the green and brown accents work very nice.

As for character design, the swirly faceless Illuvitar with the two big sleeved hands gives a sort of creator vibe, the hands of a god at work composing. The gesture in panel three strongly implies his leadership over the choir.

As well as the feathers are drawn, my one real criticism is that feathery head garb and slender costumes are bit too common in Elf related fantasy art and lore. Also, I was thinking the dialog boxes could use a border of some kind, maybe even one that looks a little like an illuminated manuscript.

Overall it's excellent.
